Information We Collect
When you submit a form on this site or contact us, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, the service you're interested in, and the contents of your message. If you consent to SMS messages, we keep a record of that consent.
How We Use It
We use your information to respond to your request, schedule and deliver electrical service, send estimates, follow up on completed work, and — only if you've consented — send SMS messages no more than 2–4 times per month about your service or related offers. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time.
Sharing
We never sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share information with our service providers (CRM, hosting, email, SMS) strictly to operate this business.
Cookies and Ad Measurement
This site uses the Google tag from Google Ads to measure when a visitor who clicked one of our ads sends us a request or taps our phone number. Google may use cookies or similar technology to do this. We use it only to measure and improve our advertising. Alpha HQ, Our Private Team Application
Alpha HQ is the private, internal business application of Alpha Heating & Air Conditioning LLC and its sister companies, Alpha Electrical Solutions among them. Only the companies' owners, partners and employees can sign in to it. This section says how it handles information.
What it holds. About our own team: name, work phone and email, role, and what they do in the application. Business records from the systems we already use to do our work, such as jobs, estimates, schedules and call logs. These can include customer names, addresses and phone numbers, used only by our team to do that work.
QuickBooks Online. With an owner's permission, given on Intuit's own sign-in page, Alpha HQ reads four things from the company's QuickBooks Online: its profit and loss report, its list of accounts, its lists of classes and locations, and its name. It only reads. It never adds, changes or deletes anything in QuickBooks, and it never reads customers, invoices, bills, bank accounts, employees or paychecks. It never receives a QuickBooks password.
How it is used and shared. Only to run our own business. What is read from QuickBooks is shown only to the companies' owners, inside Alpha HQ. It is not sold, it is not used for advertising, and it is shared with nobody else; the service that hosts the application stores it for us.
How it is protected. Every connection uses HTTPS, and the application is hosted in the United States. The QuickBooks sign-in it keeps is encrypted. Financial screens open only for the owners and for the people an owner has given that access, such as the company's accountant.
Keeping and deleting. QuickBooks figures are kept while the connection is in use, so past months can be shown. An owner can disconnect at any time, in Alpha HQ or in QuickBooks (Apps), and Alpha HQ stops reading at once. On an owner's request we delete the QuickBooks information Alpha HQ holds.
